In 2007 Nalongo, which is a title given to the mother of twins, in Ugandan culture become pregnant with twins and could not hold back the joy of looking forward to seeing her bundle of joy. But little did she know what awaited her.
Unfortunately months before her delivery her husband passed on.
On the day of her delivery, she was blessed with a bouncing baby girl and... a snakelet... yes.... Very strange indeed but as a mother, she was willing to protect her child.
Nalongo said the Python is the son who lives in a body of a reptile and she's been living with it for 9 good years.
Recently she was reported to the wildlife department and the officers raided her home and almost took the python away, but we all know the extent a mother can go to protect her child. She couldn't let her baby live with other animals in the forest.
She pleaded with the officers and convinced them that she's the only person who is able to take care of the python.
According to a, the woman was disowned by her family years ago and since she could not take her unusual baby to school she has opted to stay at home to look after it.
Nabalongo claims no man wants to be with her and has appealed for well-wishers to help her because she's straining to feed the python which eats a total of 40 eggs a day.
