Former AC Milan and Italy midfielder Gennaro Gattuso has quit as OFI Crete boss, ending his third short managerial role in 18 months.
Gattuso, 36, had only been in charge of the Greek top-flight club for seven games, earning nine points.
He was sacked by Swiss club Sion in May 2013 after 11 league games, and later fired by Palermo that September after only six Serie B games.
On leaving OFI, he said "the players don't believe in me".
The 2006 FIFA World Cup winner added: "I have put all my passion and all my strength into this team but I can't be the one solving all the club's problems every day.
"I'm not the president and my job should only be football. I feel very upset but I cannot continue."
