This year has had quite a big number of artist perform not only here in Kenya but across Africa. Even those this has been a great win for Africa, different occurrences during these events have brought a bad image to the organizers of certain events.
This is because some of these artists have fallen on stage not because of being drunk or cause of the stage being slippery, but because of certain stages collapsing during their performances.
Famous Bongo stars Diamond Platnumz and Rayvanny recently fell of the stage while performing at Zanzibar during the Wasafi Festival.
Later on a video of Diamond was released whereby he was heard crying due to the incident.
Musician Aslay is also among the artist who have fallen after the stage collapsed. For him it was rather painful since he hurt his private area and had to be carried.
He was performing in Kisumu during that incident.
