Kayole matatus are on strike.

They are decrying harassment and interference by the dreaded gang Gaza.

According to one of the drivers, one of them was killed by the boys from the group. He says they already have the body and plan to hold a demonstration from Kayole to town.

The person killed was in charge of operations in the Forward Travellers Sacco. He was moving around during normal inspection duties and found one of the matatus belonging to the Sacco locked by the boys.

Reports are that the sacco leader was attacked after he questioned the gang members for locking one of the matatus.

"In his attempt to unlock it, our leader was beaten and succumbed from the injuries he sustained," his colleague said.
