Chelsea's Michy Batshuayi has quashed rumours that he is set to come out as gay.
user @TheChelseaDaily reported on the social media platform that the 24-year-old was set to become the first openly gay footballer in the after telling his team-mates that he is homosexual.
However, Batshuayi the claim, writing on Twitter on Thursday: 'Bro even your mother knows that's false', alongside 'laughing' emojis.

However, a number of campaigns to promote gender equality and support lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender players in football are currently ongoing.
