Gor Mahia goalkeeper Boniface Oluoch has played down a row he had with his coach Frank Nuttal on Saturday at halftime of Gor Mahia 2-1 loss to Madagascar side CNaPS in a CAF Champions League preliminary round which was played at the Nyayo National Stadium.

Various media reports had it that Oluoch and Nuttal almost came to blows in the dressing as the Scotsman was criticizing the former Tusker goalkeeper.

However, speaking to Radio Jambo presenters Fred Arocho and Yusuf Kaona during Sunday's World of Sports, Oluoch said that whatever  transpired between and Nuttal was normal of any team that is under pressure to get a win.

"I have no issue with the coach and whatever happened was as a result of the normal pressure of a high stake match," Oluoch told Arocho and Kaona.

On being asked what really happened between him and the coach, he said that, he and Nuttal only differed on tactics but did not come to blow or anything.

Oluoch also urged Gor Mahia fans to rally behind the team as they try to overturn the first leg result away from home.
