Shujaa continue to torment opposition at the 2016 Olympics African Rugby Sevens qualifying tournament at the Barnard Stadium in Johannesburg, South Africa, after defeating Senegal 27-0 in their second Pool A match.

The West Africans, who had lost 33-17 to Madagascar in their first match, were no match for a lacklustre Shujaa side.

Shujaa led 17-0 at halftime following; tries by Collins Injera, Billy Odhiambo and Jeff Oluoch, and a conversion by Biko Adema.

Already assured of victory, Kenya Sevens seemed to rest on their laurels and only had two unconverted tries by Frank Wanyama and Oscar Ayodi to show for stepping on the pitch in the second half.

Having already defeated Mauritius 50-5 in their first, Shujaa are already sure of a quarterfinal slot with a game to spare.

This is after Madagascar secured a 29-27 win against Mauritius hence meaning they and Shujaa lead the pool with 6 points each. Kenya Sevens however top the pool on points difference.

Shujaa' last group game will be against Madagascar at 1614h.

The knockout matches will be played tomorrow.
