Kenya Sevens started their Vegas sevens campaign on a losing streak after falling 24-7 to New Zealand earlier this morning, letting slip a 7-5 half time lead  in their pool C match which consists of Argentina and Russia.

In the second match Shujaa settled for a 14 all draw against Argentina in a pulsating match which saw all time Sevens record try scorer, Collins Injera take his tally to 240 sitting comfortably at the top.

The draw all but dented Kenya's hopes of progressing into the main cup quarter finals and have to register a massive win over Russia in their next fixture which is scheduled at 1.12am Sunday.

Kenya managed only 10 points in the Sydney and Wellington legs, and currently ranked 11th with 27 points.
