AUDIO: Man Calls Safaricom Customer Care, Says He Just Wanted To Send Greetings

Being a customer care agent requires one to have a really thick skin as there are clients who can be very annoying.

On Friday during the Gidi Na Ghost Asubuhi show, Gidi played an audio clip of  a conversation between a Safaricom customcare agent and a subscriber which demonstrated the troubles customer care agents go through while they are on duty.

The subscriber, whose name is Arnold, had called Safaricom and after being put on hold for so long, finally told the receiver of his call that he just wanted to send greetings to everyone at Safaricom.

Arnold also told the agent that he would be visiting Safaricom at their offices soon to complain about being put on hold for so long.
