You will suffer without Huduma Namba - Government

You have only two more days before registration for Huduma Namba ends.

The Interior CS Fred Matiangi, made it clear during a press conference that the Government will not extend Huduma Namba Registration.

The Country wide Huduma registration exercise was launched by President Uhuru Kenyatta on April 2nd in Machakos county. It ends on Saturday May 18th.

However, Kenya Human Rights Commission, Nubian Rights Forum, and the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights had tried to stop the exercise at Milimani Law Courts, but were overruled by the court.

The High Court ruled the registration could continue provided Kenyans are not compelled to be listed and DNA is not taken as part of the drive.

Kenyans have been assured that their details will be fully secure by Government.

Matiang'i on Monday said 31 million Kenyans have so far been captured on the National Integrated Identity Management System (NIIMS).

The mass registration will end on May 18th. Kenyans in the diaspora have until June 20 to register. Mass registration for Kenyans in Diaspora started on May 6th.

The government however have extended the operation time of Huduma Namba Registration starting from 6am-6pm everyday until the deadline.
