Diamond is in the country to launch his much anticipated 'A boy from Tandale' album as he looks to deepen his ties with his ever growing Kenyan fans.
Radio Jambo's Annita Raey sat down with Mbosso who is already making moves in the Kenyan airwaves where the bongo artist opened up on why the once high flying Yamoto Band broke up.
"Cha kwanza kila mtu alianza kutamani kufanya kazi kivyake kama solo artiste. Kwa mfano ukifanya kazi pekee yako hela ni nyingi kuliko mkiwa wanne. Sio pesa zilifanya tukosane lakini kila mtu alikuwa anatamani kufanya kazi kama solo artiste." Said Mbosso insisting that the four artists are still very good friends.
Kila mtu yuko na mambo yake lakini tuna undugu urafiki uleule tuna uhusiano mzuri na kwenye mawasiliano bado tunawasiliana." He added.
