Kenyans share stunning pictures of hailstones in Kuresoi, Nakuru county

Hailstones have been spotted in Kuresoi, and Kinangop regions as rains countrywide intensify.

Pictures of the region have been widely shared, and everyone is stunned that Kuresoi and some areas in Kinangop looks as if it is expericing snow.

Cyclone Kenneth, said to be the strongest hurricane  will hit Mozambique hard to impact Mozambique's Cabo Delgado Province. and Tanzania.

The Kenya met department has issued a weather warning rainfall warning for such areas as Western Kenya, North Western Parts of Kenya including Marsabit and Nairobi among other regions. As the storm gets to batter the country, the forecaster he said although Nairobi may not get hit as hard, other parts such a will see heavy rain.

It said

The rainfall may cause flash floods in low lying areas including urban centers which have poor drainage systems. We'll keep monitoring the developments and give updates.
