Ethiopians immigrants arrested in Wajir in February this year.
Police on Monday arrested 23 Ethiopians for being in the country illegally.
The 23, all men, were arrested in Githurai Kimbo and are said to have entered the country in small groups.
Police are also looking for two women who are said to have given shelter to the 23 immigrants.
