Kakamega Woman Representative Elsie Muhanda has cautioned against plans to kill three of five children delivered by a woman in the county last week.
Muhanda dismissed as outdated the traditional believes by a section of the luhya community that only two of the children should be allowed to live.
She is calling for support to the family of Everlyne Namukhula who delivered the five children.
Namukuhula has also opposed the traditional believes requiring that three of her children be killed.
