Embakasi East Member of parliament Babu Owino and Starehe Member of parliament, Charles Njagua popularly known as 'Jaguar' were involved in an altercation which saw the two exchange kicks and blows in parliament's media centre.
The cause of the disagreement between the two is yet to be known.
