Larry Madowo celebrates his first anniversary since joining BBC

Renowned media personality, Larry Madowo left his job at NTV last year and joined BBC about a year ago. Well, it seems like yesterday but he is already celebrating his first anniversary.

He wrote;

'‪For my first birthday here, the BBC congratulates me by locking me out of my account. This past year has changed my life & no weapon formed against me by IT shall prosper 😂 ‬(📸 @armstrong_too)'

Larry is BBC Africa's Business Editor after quitting his NTV news anchor job. Larry had his own show every Friday night dubbed' The trend' that is now run by Amina Abdi Rabar. 

As he was leaving NTV, his colleagues organised an office party that was crowned by a cake cutting session. It was graced by the likes of Mark Maasai, Trevor Ombija, Victoria Rubadiri. Presenters who worked alongside him. He had worked at nation Media Group for six years.
