Governors Jackson Mandago of Uasin Gishu and Stephen Sang of Nandi have pleaded with Kenyans to go back to work to avoid a biting economic decline that has lasted for almost one year due to prolonged politics.

Mandago and Sang also asked Kenyans in parts of the country affected by violent protests to calm down and let the IEBC complete the election process.

Mandago said the opposition, NASA should also stop agitation for civil disobedience and economic sabotage because communities and sectors in the country rely on each other.
