An OCS from Mbooni West who went missing with a police vehicle on Thursday has been arrested.
Abraham Borborei took with him a Grand Tigger car to the police driving school in Industrial Area and used private means to return to his station. The vehicle was seized following his arrest on Friday night.
According to , Borborei's disappearance, together with that of the police vehicle, prompted officers to issue an alert to find him and the car.
Police said the matter will be handled internally.
