Miguna Miguna launches new bid to return to Kenya

Lawyer Miguna Miguna on Friday launched a new bid to return to the country.

In the application filed by lawyer John Khaminwa, the fierce lawyer wants unfettered, unimpeded, unrestricted and unconditional entry into the country on any date, at any port of his choice.

He also wants the court to order that he be allowed to enter into the country using either his perforated passport or national ID.

He also want the court to direct his perforated passport which is under its custody be released to the Kenya National Commission Human Rights (KNCHR) so that the organisation can present it to immigration the day he will decide to come back.

He says Interior Cs Fred Matiangi and the Immigration continues to be in contempt of numerous orders, none of which have been set aside or varied.
