The national assembly has rejected president Uhuru Kenyatta's nominee to the National Commission on Human Rights.
Nominated member of parliament Isaac Mwaura, however defended the nominee Samuel Kabue on grounds that he was able to perform despite his disability and accused his fellow Mps of side lining the disabled in public appointments.
