If you were listening to Radio Jambo this week, you must have heard Ghost mention one Ben Gachie who is currently living in London.
Gachie is a close friend of Ghost from their playing and he on a number of occasions been the subject of Ghost's #throwbackthursday photos as you can see below.

The paper bag that Ghost is holding was used by Gachie to bring him a present he had bought for him in a Middle East country where he was playing football.
