Rashid Abdalla and Lulu Hassan co-host citizen wikendi news bulletin. These two lovebirds are indeed fantastic Kiswahili anchors and their Kiswahili is flawless.
Their bond has caught the attention of a Facebook user, who shared a hilarious story of how they imagine Lulu and Rashid communicate at home.
The user wrote
'But their on screen chemistry I can imagine how this amazing couple communicate in their house; there's no doubt that their house is a hot-spot of Kiswahili in its natural habitat. So assume these two are in bed and Rashid wants to hammer Lulu, how does the conversation go?'
Rashid: (touching Lulu) shikamoo mke wangu! Mbiu ya mgambo ikilia jua kuna jambo.
Lulu: ah mume wangu ni kama umesahau kuwa alalaye usimwamshe; ukimwamsha, utalala wewe.
Rashid: nawe usisahau kuwa amnyimaye punda adesi, kampunguzia mashuzi
Lulu: usiwe wa kukasirika haraka mume wangu kwani hujui kwamba mtaka cha mvunguni sharti ainame?
Rashid: mbona nikasirike mke wangu ilhali najua vizuri kwamba mgaagaa na upwa hali wali mkavu

Lulu: (finally giving in to Rashid thirst) haya basi mume wangu nakupa mara moja tu leo.
