Vicmass Luodollar 's Journey: From A Hawker To The Next Luo Rap King

Victor Ochieng Ondeye, popularly known as Vicmass Luodollar, has one of the most inspiring stories in the country for a an up-and-coming musician.

Hailing from Nyanza, 26-year-old Luodollar represents the true meaning of 'hard work pays' if his rags-to-riches story is anything to go by.

Speaking to Gidi when he was hosted on the weekly waliobobea segment, where uprising and already established superstars get to share their career journeys with the world, he said:

"My story is an interesting one," started off Luodollar, who got the unique name from his late grandfather.

"My journey kicked off almost a decade ago during a certain event where I was handed a chance to curtain-raise along other local based artists, and the rest is history!"

"But as much as I had fallen in love with rap music, I still couldn't raise enough money to record my songs, and so I ventured into hawking and construction works to make ends meet," he added.
