We all have that ‘mama mboga’ whom we always go to for food items at the end of the month. So now that Njanuary is finally over, you might want to take a closer look at what you buy at the soko, as your seller is probably also looking forward to enjoying your salary as well.

Well, let me give you a piece of advise; be aware of trusting the shop keeper too much and just paying for what they give you. Also, how do you keep track of what goods your househelp buys when you leave her with 500 bob ya vegetables?

A friend recently told me how her househelp kept on asking for more money for groceries but in the meantime, she had been sent to buy a lot more food which should have lasted much longer.

If you can relate, I’m sure you shout at the top of your lungs labelling your househelp as being greedy and a thief. Having no defense, you create an enemy in your house which is not actually neccessary.

Now; question is, who is to blame? Is it that your house help is stealing from her does it go deeper than that?

The video below may just make more than a few working ladies feel guilty and hopefully, make many more think twice before blaming the house help for missing food.

A lady may have been a victim of vendors selling buckets of potatoes at a certain market before, so when she came back on a mission to discover the truth, she insisted on pouring the potatoes in the sack herself, contrary to what happens.

She picked the potatoes one by one putting them in the sack only to find the bottom half of the bucket was empty. These vendors have found a way to trick their customers by arranging the potatoes mid air in  such a manner that they support each other, then fill the top part to the brim, making it look like quite a good deal.

Well, these thieves’ 40 days came to an end when this jilted woman decided to make public their deception and it wasn’t pretty.
