This week makes exactly one year since Raila Odinga was sworn in as the 'people's president' at Uhuru Park, where the oath was administered by Ruaraka MP TJ Kajwang and Miguna Miguna.
NASA co-principals, Kalonzo Musyoka, Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula miss the event which was attended by over 20,000 people.
Speaking to Gidi and Ghost on Thursday morning, Wetangula believes that he was de whipped for not showing up for the 'historic' day for the opposition side.
"Despite us having an agreement, our brothers from ODM decided I should not be the minority leader in Senate since I did not show up at Uhuru park." Said Wetangula.Raila himself sat with his people and orchestrated a move to get rid of me and I told them that I was elected as Bungoma senator and not a minority leader so I will focus on representing my people.
There is nothing that can happen inside ODM without Raila's approval, everyone should know that. " He added.
So why didn't you show up?
Raila was being pushed by a few people to be sworn in as the people's president. So we had several top secret meetings in Karen knowing very well that we would go to Uhuru park together.When the big day came, we were given a certain contact which belonged to a Nigerian national, funny thing the line never went through.
