KENYA 7s: KRU releases squad ahead of Hong Kong, Japan series

Kenya Rugby Union today released the squad set to feature at the upcoming HSBC Sevens World Series in Hong Kong and Japan.

Former Sevens captain Humphrey Kayange is the only notable inclusion after missing the last five series due to an ankle injury. The 12 man squad which features Captain Andrew Amonde, Collins Injera, Dan Sikuta and Lavi Asego, Kenya's most consistent players in the previous series, as Head Coach Felix Ochieng looks to build on Kenya's bowl title victory in Las Vegas.

According to Krfu.com, The team departs on Sunday 22nd March, returning to the country on 7th April. They have been grouped in Pool D for the Hong Kong alongside England, USA and Wales.
