“I want to tell our youth that the law is very clear and we shall not entertain anyone found committing a crime, we shall prosecute you and send you to jail,” he noted.
Kumut also urged the Samburu elders to offer advice to the youth who are engaged in weird behaviours, calling upon every local to be wary of strange characteristics from people living amongst them and seek immediate help in case someone behaves in a way that they may cause harm to innocent people.
