The boy describes how his relative has been beating him for quite sometime, at times demanding that he undress before landing on him with kicks and blows.
He narrates;
'He came drunk and asked my grandmother to open the door. I begged my grandmother not to open because he will beat me, but she reassured me he won't. but after opening the door, he stormed in and overpowered my grandmother. Then he banged me against the wall many times, and dragged me toward his homestead. He also took me to the gate and banged me again on it, I was bleeding and I ran away. I ran away to a bush and hid there until morning and went tot he neighbors to beg for help.'
He continues to narrate in Kikuyu, how he ran away from his parents house after being mistreated by the step mum, before seeking refuge at the grandmothers where things were not any better. This is despite the grandmother assuring him that he will no longer be tortured by adults.
The boy in the picture can be seen bleeding from a recent incident, and now detectives are seeking for information regarding the uncle.
The Directorate of Criminal Investigations is appealing for information on the whereabouts of the boy in the video below for us to act with speed.
